Raincheck Launch

RainCheck is a due diligence educational platform that helps everyday investors better understand investment deals.

Help us refine the future of private market due diligence by participating in our investment deal analysis platform beta. We are inviting a small group of beta testers to submit a real crowdfunding deal or upload a pitch deck or offering document (PowerPoint, Word Doc or PDF), receive a RainCheck report, and give honest feedback before the product launches publicly.

Free beta tester is an invite-only access. Spots are limited and require feedback.

Raincheck Launch

We’re building a clearer way to review deals.

Crowdfunding deal pages and investment pitch decks can be difficult to understand, especially if you are new to startup investing, private market opportunities, or alternative assets.

RainCheck helps turn public deal information or uploaded deal documents (like pitch decks, PowerPoints, or PDFs) into a plain-English educational report that highlights key terms, risks, missing information, jargon, and questions to ask before investing.

We are testing the product with real users before opening it more broadly.

In exchange, we just ask for your thoughtful, structured feedback on the experience. Help us make it even better with high-quality feedback, and we will gift you 1 bonus report.
