What RainCheck is and is not

RainCheck provides educational and informational research for professional investors and other business clients.

RainCheck is not a registered investment adviser, broker-dealer, financial planner, credit rating agency, law firm or tax adviser.

Nothing on the RainCheck website, or in any RainCheck report, score or communication, should be interpreted as:

Reports, scores and AI-assisted analysis

RainCheck uses automated systems and artificial intelligence to generate summaries, extracted terms, flags, scores and other report content. Reports are also reviewed under RainCheck's internal quality processes before delivery: confirm before publishing.

These outputs may be incomplete, inaccurate, delayed or based on limited information. Reports reflect only the materials provided to us and publicly available information as of the report date. Unless we agree otherwise in writing, we do not independently verify the materials we receive. The completeness of a report depends on the completeness of those materials.

A RainCheck score is a proprietary analytical assessment of the information reviewed. It is not a prediction of returns or performance. RainCheck does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness or reliability of any report, score or analysis.

Illustrative scenarios, projections or sample return examples shown by RainCheck, if any, are not predictions and should not be relied upon as expected results.

Your responsibility, risk and use of reports

Clients are responsible for conducting their own due diligence and for making their own decisions. A RainCheck report is one input to that process, not a substitute for it.

All investments involve risk, including the risk of losing all or part of an investment. Cultural and alternative assets, including theater, film, music catalogs, art and collectibles, may be speculative, illiquid or difficult to value.

Each report is prepared for the client who engaged RainCheck. No other person may rely on it, and RainCheck owes no duty to anyone else. Sharing a report with investors, counterparties or other third parties is governed by our Terms of Service.
